Justin C. Doolittle
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Justin has spent his career inside companies that were actively building and scaling, where legal decisions had meaningful operational and financial consequences. He brings senior in-house experience advising founders, executives, and boards as organizations grow and navigate increasing complexity.
Before founding Treeline Law, Justin served in senior legal leadership roles at high-growth technology companies and Fortune 200 organizations, including serving as General Counsel. His work has focused on complex commercial negotiations, strategic transactions, cross-border and regulatory matters, and other issues that arise as organizations scale.
Today, Justin works with companies in an external Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel capacity, as well as on discrete, high-impact legal projects.
Outside of work, Justin spends time with his wife and three sons and enjoys skiing, mountaineering, and the outdoors.

Alison Pascucci

Alison Pascucci is an experienced corporate attorney who advises businesses on contracts, transactions, and day-to-day legal matters. She works closely with clients to provide clear, practical legal guidance that supports informed decision-making and long-term business goals.
Alison has practiced in both large law firm and in-house environments, serving as the primary legal advisor for organizations on commercial agreements, corporate governance, and transactional matters. Her experience includes supporting acquisitions, negotiating complex contracts, and helping organizations navigate periods of change.
Her approach is business-minded and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients understand risk, evaluate options, and move forward with confidence.
